Join our team as an Oracle HCM Functional Associate and embark on an exciting journey to transform HR processes and solutions. In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. This is a hybrid position requiring 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams. **Essential Duties:** + Analyze and understand the client's business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements. + Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams. + Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users. + Communicate effectively to translate the client's business requirements into functional solutions. + Develop training documents specific to the client's business processes. + Ability to travel as needed. **Required Skills & Experience** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field. - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. - Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule. **Desired Skills & Experience** - 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources.
