**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for put-away, loading, picking, and staging products and materials using a Stand Up Reach Crown forklift. You will also assist with rack teardowns and other ad hoc projects. This role involves case picking products from multiple pallets, with weights ranging from 10lbs to 60lbs throughout an 8-hour shift. **Responsibilities** + Operate a Stand Up Reach Crown forklift to load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials. + Meet medium level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. + Learn to operate RF systems in a logistics environment. + Perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork using basic math and reading skills. + Follow oral and/or written instructions and specific work guidelines. + Cross-train for case picking to support operations when needed. + Support operational processes and procedures to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations. + Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation. + Inspect each pallet or case for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes. + Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management and identify process improvements. + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. + Assist in maintaining warehouse security and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. + Participate in assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge and experience operating a Stand Up Reach Crown forklift. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. + Basic math and reading skills. + Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions. + Ability to operate RF systems in a logistics environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to cross-train for case picking. + Ability to communicate effectively with management. + Attention to detail for inspecting pallets and cases. + Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract with the potential for permanent employment. The facility supports operations with a focus on safety and security, and employees are expected to maintain an orderly work area. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Riverside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
