We All Gotta Eat!, a multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group, with locations in NYC, Miami and soon LA, includes Michelin Star locations Sushi Noz and Noz 17 & Noz Market and Eleventh Street Pizza and soon Fooq's in Miami.

We are looking for an experienced Bar and Service Director for our newest restaurant Chez Fifi, located on E 74th Street. Chez Fifi features a French Menu with Basque influence and a craft cocktail program curated by our Head Mixologist, Yumi Nemoto.

The Bar and Service Director will be responsible for:

• Working iwth the General Manager and Head Mixologist and in coordination with the full management team to ensure highest quality food and beverage service.
• Guidance and training and inspirination of FOH staff to deliver exceptional service and foster a professional, hospitable environment.
• Cultivate a clientele of regular and new and special occasion guests
• Manage service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable expeirence. Handle conscerns and resolve issues promptly. Make decisions regarding guest recovery.
• Ensure POS systems, menus, guest notes & information are updated.
• Hire, train and educate FOH staff t ensure knowledge and efficient adherence to bar recipes, proper presentations and service protocols.
• Assist GM with scheduling and shift coverage and to accommodate business needs and adhere to labor cost goals.
• Monitor pars and ordering of oiquor and bar supplies, achieving the best pricing.
• Manage and oversee that the lounge and dining room remain clean and inviting and that everything is in order.
• Update bar menus, ensuring they are accurate and updated with current offerins.
• Assist with adjustments of seating plans and table configurations as needed.
• Assist with the execution and management of specal events in the lounge and dining room.
• Support routine administrative tasks and strategic initiatives and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with management and reservationist to confirm plans and requests and notes are updated. When uncluear, confirm guest notes & requests with the reservationist team.
• Model hospitality, respect and prfessionalism in all interactions.

Must be available full-time with a flexible schedule.
Multi-lingual is a plus
Experience with Open Table and Toast POS a plus.
