About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Twigeo, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with world-leading brands and help them exceed their goals through growth marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be to drive client growth by leading and managing performance marketing campaigns covering all major digital channels, developing strategic roadmaps for our clients and leading and developing the client account teams. In addition to driving client growth, you will also contribute to the agency’s expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, helping us grow our client base. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping and expanding our client relationships, ensuring growth, and pushing the boundaries of digital marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Own, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize learnings and reach client goals on channels such as Facebook, Google (Search, GAC, YouTube), Apple Search Ads & TikTok.
  • Work closely with, and be a part of, the commercial team to identify and support new business opportunities, contributing to overall agency growth.
  • Own budgeting and the media planning process, optimize performance by improving overall channel mix and composition and propose the right mix of channels based on client need.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that impact client’s business goals. 
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand relationships and offering innovative solutions to exceed client needs.
  • Report on campaign performance, opportunities to scale up marketing efforts, and general actionable insights to client teams.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, fostering long-term relationships, participating in sales processes, and identifying opportunities to add business.
  • Lead and coach client teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Supporting team growth through strategic guidance and conflict management.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of proven success in performance marketing, managing significant budgets and optimizing for conversion goals.
  • You bring a strong network and a track record of building client relationships such as attending industry events, and spotting opportunities that drive business growth.
  • You are having hands-on experience buying, managing, and optimizing campaigns on digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, as well as an understanding of digital marketing analytics tools.
  • You’re comfortable owning performance and client growth, creating alignment within the client team.
  • You have outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and a keen ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator able to foster and nurture relationships.
  • Experience with app marketing is a plus.

The starting base salary range for this role is $115,500-$140,000. Actual salary may vary based on level, work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.
