We’re looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team in Boca Raton, FL. If you’re passionate about regulatory excellence, third-party oversight, and driving high-impact compliance initiatives, this is your chance to make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews for third-party vendors
• Monitor contract adherence and support risk audits
• Execute quality control testing and document findings in line with compliance plans
• Manage the intake and resolution of customer complaints
• Analyze complaint trends to identify risk areas and improvement opportunities
• Support legal reviews and compliance approvals for new business initiatives
• Help prepare audit materials and keep compliance documentation up-to-date
• Draft internal SOPs and compliance communications

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk roles—fintech or financial services preferred
• Strong understanding of third-party risk management and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communicator with strong writing and reporting abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems
