Job Purpose
The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key role in the design and implementation of global compensation programs, including base salary administration, annual cash incentives, and long-term equity plans. This role will also support the Compensation Director by partnering with HR Business Partners and line managers to provide strategic guidance on compensation matters across all areas of the business.
