We are a dynamic K-8 Charter School seeking a passionate School Guidance Counselor to join the ACES Family for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.

At ACES, educating the whole child is a priority, and we believe that strong social-emotional support is a key part of student success. Our School Guidance Counselor plays an essential role in promoting student well-being, academic growth, and personal development.

Typical counseling duties include:

  • Supporting students in grades K-8 with academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Implementing and facilitating SEL programming and prevention services.
  • Providing individual and small group counseling sessions.
  • Supporting behavior interventions and the MTSS process.
  • Coordinating services with outside agencies as needed.

This is to be accomplished in a fast-paced, high-performing, and student-centered environment, with ample resources and ongoing professional development provided.

Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, School Psychology, or a related field (Required)

Experience: School Counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: FLDOE Certification in Guidance and Counseling or Counseling License (Required)
