City : Seattle WA

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote : Hybrid (3-4 days a week Onsite)

Rate Range : Up to$75/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1b

Duration : 4 months, Possible extension based on performance

Must Have:

• Product management or data product management in experimentation .
• Familiarity with big data environments and understanding user personas/use cases.
• Tools: Jira (mandatory) , Confluence(documentation), Google Docs, MS Teams, AirTable
• Experience in big data environments, particularly in experimentation and A/B testing
• Proven ability to define personas, metrics, measurement plans, and MVPs
• Strong skills in data pipeline understanding (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
• Experience working with large datasets and various domains, preferably in media or similar industries
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of SDLC, data engineering principles, data modeling, and warehousing

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering leads, developers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure the experimentation pipeline can support project needs
• Partner with a senior data product manager to drive the experimentation data platform and improve the velocity of experimentation workflows
• Manage integrations, dependencies, and planning with upstream and downstream teams
• Develop and deliver high-quality features, from defining MVPs to rolling out and iterating based on user feedback
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures
• Act as a bridge between data science teams, front-end developers, and data teams to highlight priorities and ensure experimentation results are actionable
• Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, and AirTable to manage product and project documentation
• Lead meetings and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Identify risks, address blockers, and drive resolution paths
• Champion a collaborative work environment that values transparency, autonomy, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in data-rich environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar big data tools is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
