Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job DescriptionA Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives or teams by handling a variety of tasks that ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism

Organize travel arrangements and itineraries

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain filing systems and office records

Support in project coordination and task follow-ups

Handle confidential information with discretion

Run errands and provide general administrative assistance as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

High level of discretion and professionalism

Detail-oriented and proactive

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
