Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time licensed therapist who is passionate about providing whole-person, whole-family mental health care. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our clinical team, working closely with other professionals to support and empower our clients. You will report directly to the Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Utilize evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help clients achieve their mental health goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to provide holistic care.
Experiment with and pilot new therapy protocols and techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training to learn and apply our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
Qualifications:

Licensed therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC) practicing at the top of your license.
Experience in pediatric trauma work is required.
EMDR training is a plus.
California licensure is required; additional state licenses are a bonus.
Comfortable and tech-savvy in providing telehealth services via video.
Strong organizational skills and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team environment.
Warm, engaging, and empathetic clinical style.
A passion for helping children and teens reach their full potential.
Availability to work some evening hours and possibly Saturdays.
