Starting Hourly: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour depending on Medical Receptionist experience. Currently, we are looking for a part time Medical Receptionist for our Culver City location. Schedule needed: 20 hours per week. Mondays 2:00pm - 6:00pm & Tuesdays/Thursdays 9:30am - 6:00pm  âââââ
*BIlingual in English & Spanish is required ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIESÂ
- Greets warmly and maintains a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators, and any external connections.
- Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner
- Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care in a timely manner and returning VMs same day received. Will  maintain higher than 85% answer call rate.
- Participates in and adheres to, as required, the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner Group
- Escalates patient issues and concerns, as needed, to local Clinical leadership and Regional Front Office management.
- Scheduling patientâs initial evaluations and follow up visits through plan of care Â
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a +Plus
- Possess strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidential documents
- Ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions, identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others and give and receives feedback objectively.
- Possess strong team player attributes
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with the patients near by
Education and Experience Education :Â High School diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+)
Experience : Practice Management System knowledge, patient scheduling capabilities and insurance plan understanding.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and present reports. No travel is required.
