We are committed to maintaining superior quality in all our products. **Responsibilities** + Perform the assembly of intricate mechanical components and subassemblies. + Possess knowledge and proficiency in both hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and rivet guns. + Ensure the accuracy of parts and materials prior to and during assembly, focusing on continuous improvement. + Interpret blueprints and drawings to guide assembly processes effectively. + Document all assembly and inspection activities meticulously. + Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to foster a secure working environment, actively engaging in safety training and promoting a culture of safety awareness. + Maintain precise records of assembly procedures and materials utilized. + Communicate effectively to provide updates and address any issues concerning assembly tasks. + Uphold the proper maintenance and care of assembly tools and equipment. + Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and uphold quality standards. **Essential Skills** + Excellent eye-hand coordination and good dexterity to assemble small parts. + Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. + Minimum 3 years of mechanical assembly experience. + Experience with hand and power tools, including drills, rivet guns, screwdrivers, and wrenches. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge in both mechanical and basic electromechanical assembly. + Experience in electrical assembly, soldering, cable harness, and schematic interpretation. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and full benefits. The position is scheduled for Monday to Friday, 1st Shift from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime as needed, including weekends. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
