We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of success. Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Eastern time. Responsibilities:

• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
• Manage and grow our social media presence: Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and visuals.
• Write and edit content: Blogs, promotional emails, and campaign materials.
• Edit short-form videos for social media and our website.
• Support the team with transaction processes, data entry, and marketing systems.

Qualifications:

• Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
• CRM/Administrative Duties
