Chick-fil-A Riverside Dr and Danville Mall is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance and Cleaning Team Member to help uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. This team member will ensure the restaurant remains clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, providing a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in all front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, stockroom, and parking lot.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, equipment, and high-touch areas regularly.
• Empty trash and recycling bins frequently and properly dispose of waste.
• Refill restroom supplies and ensure restrooms are clean and guest-ready at all times.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks during non-peak hours as scheduled.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily equipment checks and minor repairs on kitchen and facility equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as directed by leadership
• Assist with special projects such as power washing, or seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal)

Team & Brand Support:

• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of excellence in cleanliness, hospitality, and safety.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent Chick-fil-A values through professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred, especially in food service or hospitality.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, standing, lifting).
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
