- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration across platforms
- Collaborate with project managers to execute project scopes efficiently
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians
- Maintain documentation and compliance with safety regulations
- Interface with clients to ensure high satisfaction and system functionality
- Keep current with new technology and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications - Extensive experience in AV, security, and automation installations
- Proficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Relevant certifications (OSHA, manufacturer-specific, etc.) are a plus
