You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Technology Strategy Generalist team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful IT operating models. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for leading integrated operating model transformations and understanding IT organization design and IT workforce of the future. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
