Job Description

Position Summary:

The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in driving financial performance through planning, analysis, and strategic reporting. The role supports both operational and executive leadership with insights derived from financial data and forecasting. This position does not offer a relocation package .

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate reporting processes (daily to quarterly) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Lead monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan, incorporating cross-functional input.
• Works with IT & finance teams to streamline/automate the reporting & forecasting processes.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Create financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including private equity sponsors.
• Partner with corporate FP&A to unify processes and analytics.
• Prepares / coordinates the monthly financial report packets.
• Lead implementation of best practices to improve profitability & working capital turns.
• Supports M&A initiatives and integrations.
• Perform various ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related fields is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
• Able to identify, manage, and lead business improvement projects.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with implementing new software solutions strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated individuals with the desire to succeed and motivate others.
• Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.

Travel Required

• Occasional travel would be required.
