Field Project Manager Warrendale, PA 15086 System One is seeking a Field Project Manager in Warrendale, PA to be responsible for delivering projects, managing the designers, providing project documents and contracts after awarded to construction. This is a great opportunity to join a respected client in the engineering and construction services sector! Important Details: + Temp for 1 year (w/annual extension options) also with the option to convert direct after a minimum of 520 hours + Pay rate range: $50 - $55/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience. + Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM + Weekly pay + Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.) + 401k after 30 days + Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check + Interviews REQUIRED - via MS Teams + US Citizenship required + Must be able to clear the standard USPS background check Specific responsibilities include: + Managing multiple projects in multiple locations to ensure quality and completion within budget and on schedule + Managing Architectural/Engineering firms + Requesting, reviewing, and negotiating fee proposals + Reviewing design documents for compliance with U.S. Postal Service Standard Design Criteria + Managing construction contractors + Preparing bid packages, reviewing and recommending bid awards + Reviewing, negotiating, and approving change orders + Requesting project funding + Conducting site visits for meetings or inspections as necessary + Closing out completed projects EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: + BS degree in Architectural, Engineering, or Construction Management + 5 years' professional experience in the design & construction field.
