Culver's - Immediate Entry Level Back Of House Manager Needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing kitchen staff
• Team members and customers always come first attitude
• Oversee food preparation and maintain quality standards and ensuring smooth operations
• Train new team members on Culver's procedures
• Opening and closing of restaurant
• Being part of a team.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and team-oriented individual
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• High school degree or equivalent
• Must be available 2 nights per week minimum
• Must be available weekends
• Looking for an individual that has a professional attitude and able to work with all age groups.
• 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred
