Dream Experience Curator (Sales)

Location: Nashville, TN (In-Person)
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base salary + commission (Total Expected Compensation: $100K–$120K)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

As our Dream Experience Curator , you’ll play a central role in shaping the client experience—from initial inquiry to the moment their event vision becomes a reality. This is not a traditional sales job. It's a role for someone who connects emotionally, thinks creatively, and thrives in a high-energy environment.

You’ll be responsible for guiding prospective clients through venue tours, helping them feel seen and inspired, and ensuring each event is booked and transitioned with excellence. You'll also work closely with leadership to improve internal tools and shape the future of our client journey.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct 10–12 in-person venue tours weekly with prospective clients

● Manage client inquiries and provide customized, emotionally attuned guidance

● Follow a structured sales process while adapting to each client’s unique vision

● Serve as the main point of contact until event handoff, maintaining consistent communication and trust

● Collaborate with the leadership team to improve systems, booking tools, and client resources

● Help build internal FAQs and documentation for future automation support

● Track sales performance, aiming toward a $1M+ annual booking goal

● Ensure deadlines are met and timelines are communicated clearly to clients and internal teams
