Job Description

Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team located in Long Beach, California. Serving as an integral part of our team, the Controller will oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role is vital in ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance within our organization. Responsibilities: - Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. - Guarantee accuracy in financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes. - Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management. - Collaborate with payroll and regulatory compliance services. - Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the management. - Supervise and develop the accounting team. - Utilize advanced Excel and QuickBooks Pro for reporting and data analysis. - Oversee the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. - Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements - Must be proficient in using 3M - Experience with Accounting Software Systems is essential - Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is required - Familiarity with CRM is a must - Crystal Reports usage competency is needed - Must be able to handle Accounting Functions effectively - Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary - Auditing skills are required - Must be able to manage Budget Processes effectively - Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
