We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to support and collaborate with our HR leadership team. In this role, you will help oversee labor relations, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives in a dynamic mining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support labor relations and CBA administration.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Contribute to HR policy development and workforce planning.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a union-represented environment.
• Experience with labor relations and HR compliance in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
